  • Statera parts and service specialists can be reached directly Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 5:00pm EST.
  • For requests outside of these hours we process your order the next business day.
  • We maintain a large inventory of replacement parts and offer prompt shipment for all in-stock part orders placed Monday through Friday.
  • Our team of highly experienced field service technicians is regionally-based and they are backed-up by Statera equipment experts based Greenville, SC and Oakville, ON.
